The Summer Bash 2024 show, featuring Ugandan artists Lil Pazo, Karole Kasita, Khlaifa Aganaga, Feffe Busi, Fik Gaza, and Acidic Vokoz, scheduled for July 6 at the Royal Regency in London, has unfortunately been cancelled.
Organizer Frank Kivumbi expressed regret over the decision and extended apologies to the Ugandan community in the UK for any inconvenience caused.
The cancellation stemmed from the unexpected denial of visas to all artists except Khalifa Aganaga. Aganaga attributed this to a prior incident involving Fik Gaza, which mistakenly affected the visa applications of the other artists.
He expressed remorse for the situation and acknowledged the financial repercussions faced by the promoter.
Despite the setback, Khalifa Aganaga assured fans of a solo performance in London, pledging to deliver a memorable show showcasing his extensive repertoire. He emphasized his readiness to entertain the audience with a full set of his popular songs.
