The Zambian music community is in mourning following the tragic passing of Eisenhower Mwenisongole, one half of the renowned Afropop/soul music duo "Dreamtwinz," active for over five years.
Eisenhower, who had recently secured a senior teaching position alongside his musical pursuits, breathed his last before the 25th of December 2023.
Despite mentioning feeling symptoms akin to malaria, medical tests yielded no evidence of the disease.
The circumstances surrounding Eisenhower's sudden demise remain unclear, but sources close to the family speculate that he may have fallen victim to envy from former colleagues at his workplace, who were allegedly resentful of his recent promotion.
As the Zambian music fraternity grieves this significant loss, the untimely passing of Eisenhower Mwenisongole leaves behind questions and sorrow. May his soul rest in peace.
